This course consists of five modules and is the third in the Google Project Management Certificate program. It focuses on the second phase of the project life cycle: the project planning phase. You’ll also gain insights into building and managing a budget, along with learning how procurement processes function.

In addition, the course covers the tools and techniques for identifying and managing various types of risks, using a risk management plan to address them. You’ll also explore how to create and manage a communication plan and organize project documentation. Google project managers will guide you through hands-on exercises, showing you practical approaches and the best tools and resources for managing projects effectively.

No prior experience is required, and by completing this program, you’ll be prepared for entry-level roles in project management.
